Legal Recruiting Coordinator
For the NYC Office of a Very Prestigious Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Assist with all aspects of the Firm’s legal talent recruiting efforts and the coordination of the summer associate program;
- Oversee select law school on-campus interviews, panels, call-back interviews and recruiting events;
- Coordinate clerkship outreach and follow-up;
- Coordinate summer associates’ onboarding and integration; including assignments, advisor program, events and exit interviews;
- Interface with law schools students, Firm attorneys and professional staff;
- Assist with the preparation of annual hiring goals and recruiting post-mortem assessment.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in legal recruiting or professional service industry;
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Ability to interact with attorneys and staff in a professional manner;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
