Legal Recruiting Coordinator

For the NYC Office of a Very Prestigious Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with all aspects of the Firm’s legal talent recruiting efforts and the coordination of the summer associate program;
  • Oversee select law school on-campus interviews, panels, call-back interviews and recruiting events;
  • Coordinate clerkship outreach and follow-up;
  • Coordinate summer associates’ onboarding and integration; including assignments, advisor program, events and exit interviews;
  • Interface with law schools students, Firm attorneys and professional staff;
  • Assist with the preparation of annual hiring goals and recruiting post-mortem assessment.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in legal recruiting or professional service industry;
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Ability to interact with attorneys and staff in a professional manner;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
Salary: $60-75k
