Talent Development Coordinator

For the NYC Office of a Global Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support all aspects of the Attorney Development functions; including assisting with the logistics of new associate orientation, administrative aspects of the lawyer integration process, and providing support for the associate mentor program;
  • Provide logistical support for US skills program; including coordinating planning calls, calendar invitations, rooming and materials needed for each learning event;
  • Collect, organize and maintain CLE and course materials for in-house training programs and PLI groupcasts;
  • Coordinate the collection of feedback from in-house programs;
  • Help with the annual lawyer review process;
  • Schedule monthly events for practice groups and assist with practice group initiatives.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 2 years of attorney professional development experience;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Excellent organization and communications skills, both oral and written;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a strong attention to detail;
  • Time management skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Salary: $80k
