Talent Development Coordinator
For the NYC Office of a Global Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Support all aspects of the Attorney Development functions; including assisting with the logistics of new associate orientation, administrative aspects of the lawyer integration process, and providing support for the associate mentor program;
- Provide logistical support for US skills program; including coordinating planning calls, calendar invitations, rooming and materials needed for each learning event;
- Collect, organize and maintain CLE and course materials for in-house training programs and PLI groupcasts;
- Coordinate the collection of feedback from in-house programs;
- Help with the annual lawyer review process;
- Schedule monthly events for practice groups and assist with practice group initiatives.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 2 years of attorney professional development experience;
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Excellent organization and communications skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a strong attention to detail;
- Time management skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
