Talent Development Specialist
For the NYC Office of a Global Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Talent Development Lead to design and implement initiatives to increase associate engagement;
- Design and execute the new associate orientation and assist with lawyer integration;
- Manage associate mentor program, recommend mentor assignments, monitor participation and report on measures of success;
- Organize in-house skills training programs; develop evaluations for in-house programs and analyze feedback;
- Support the annual lawyer review process and identify performance trends to identify professional development needs;
- Coordinate PLI groupcasts.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required with attorney professional development experience in a legal environment;
- Strong relationship building skills as well as excellent interpersonal and client service skills;
- Excellent organization and communications skills, both oral and written;
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy;
- Effective organizational skills;
- Proactive mindset and the ability to push projects forward to meet deadlines.
