Director of Talent Acquisition
For the NYC, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, or Orlando Office of a Growing National FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead full cycle attorney and staff recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and managing the offer process;
- Oversee the OCI program, managing school selection, scheduling, candidate evaluations, and follow-ups;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance attorney satisfaction, engagement, and retention;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions to provide recommendations for competitive attorney retention strategies;
- Oversee onboarding and integration processes for associates and staff;
- Analyze recruitment metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for efficiency.
Qualifications include:
- 10+ years of law firm hiring experience including expertise in managing attorney and OCI recruitment;
- Experience managing and mentoring team members required;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
- Proactive workstyle;
- Eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
