Director of Talent Acquisition

For the NYC, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, or Orlando Office of a Growing National Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead full cycle attorney and staff recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and managing the offer process;
  • Oversee the OCI program, managing school selection, scheduling, candidate evaluations, and follow-ups;
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance attorney satisfaction, engagement, and retention;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions to provide recommendations for competitive attorney retention strategies;
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for associates and staff;
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for efficiency.

Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of law firm hiring experience including expertise in managing attorney and OCI recruitment;
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members required;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Proactive workstyle;
  • Eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
Salary: $160-180k
