Talent and Recruiting Coordinator

For the Atlanta Office of an Employment Litigation Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the attorney interview process and provide support for the callback interview process;
  • Coordinate the onboarding and integration processes for new lawyers, including sending pre-arrival communications, scheduling orientation programs, and preparing orientation materials;
  • Assist in planning the summer associate program, including planning events, coordinating arrival dates, sending pre-arrival communications, scheduling orientation programs, and assisting with assignment and evaluation collection;
  • Coordinate the Fall On-Campus Recruiting process;
  • Support the firm’s various ongoing talent development initiatives, including the Year One Associate Development Program, the formal associate and partner mentoring programs, and any other program implementation for attorneys firm-wide;
  • Assist with the annual competency-based associate performance evaluation process; serve as a liaison to the Office Managing Partners to help manage these evaluation meetings;

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience in a law firm, professional services or corporate environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational (written and oral) and problem-solving skills;
  • Good judgment, a professional demeanor and presentation;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting strong attention to detail;
  • Creative, flexible, adaptable to change and results-oriented;
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software; knowledge of viDesktop platform a plus.
