Marketing & Business Development Specialist, Corporate/Capital Markets

For the New York Office of a Prestigious Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with Knowledge Management, manage League Table submissions for Capital Markets & Loans, including Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Debtwire;
• Liaise with Capital Markets/Banking partners on their BD/Marketing needs and determine best practices for frequent league table submissions;
• Manage Deal Matrix, work with developer to enhance database; work with Professional Development to ensure associates are trained properly on any changes;
• Manage process of deal write up automation from Deal Matrix, approval process, and posting on the website;
• Conduct Capital Markets competitive intelligence using Pitchbook, data from LCD, Debtwire, etc;
• Suggest relevant Corporate/Capital Markets partners for award nominations and speaking engagements.

Qualifications include:

• 4+ years of law firm marketing/business development experience;
• Capital Markets background a must;
• Familiarity with research and submission tools (Debtwire, Refinitv, Bloomberg);
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary: $100k-$125k
