Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist

For any US Office of an International Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, from submission to integration, while providing a high-touch, white glove experience to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Growth & Integration and collaborate with the Chief Growth and Integration Officer to execute on the firm's top strategic recruiting priorities
  • Serve as one of the primary recruiting contacts for partner candidates;
  • Develop an understanding of the firm's key sectors and practice groups, and learn to identify the credentials that are predictors of successful partners.

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting in a law firm or professional services environment; prior legal recruiting experience with lateral partner, associate and/or judicial clerkship recruiting is strongly preferred;
  • Extraordinary verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • The ability to be innovative and operate in an enthusiastic manner with a broad range of professionals; demonstrated experience working both independently and harmoniously on teams;
  • Adept at handling concurrent projects and effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
  • Demonstrated organization and time-management skills;
  • Experience with Zoom, Teams and applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS or LawCruit preferred.
