Legal Recruiting Coordinator
For the DC Office of a Large Global Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Assist in managing the summer associate program including events, preparing orientation schedules, working with summer coordinators on summer assignments, and preparing summer associate reviews;
- Liaise with law schools on student recruitment, including registration for on-campus interviews and job fairs;
- Coordinate recruitment events, and also attend and track specific recruitment events;
- Schedule applicants for callback interviews, and track school-specific offers;
- Greet applicants upon arrival, provide office tours and escort applicants to interviews;
- Assist with law school presentations and programs.
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years of legal recruiting experience;
- Self-motivated, proactive, positive, team player;
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with attorneys and staff;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills, and a meticulous attention to detail including the ability to proofread for typographical, spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors;
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining the highest standards of work quality;
