Marketing & Communications Coordinator

For the New York Office of a Very Successful Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with Director on all high-profile and various client/alumni events;
  • Assist with Vuture email marketing system, including invitations, communications, and internal newsletters;
  • Manage website content and maintenance, incluidng reviewing pages to update, rankings, widgets, home page, etc;
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to create invitations and events collateral, signage, materials, etc. Managing invitation and RSVP process and related communications;
  • Assist Director and Manager/Specialist in all PR efforts, tracking, drafting for proactive outreach;
  • Handle bio and practice page updates, social posts and web posts.

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, and/or communications, preferably in a professional services environment;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the communication skills necessary to maintain relationships with internal and external contacts;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Salary: $70k-$90k
