Marketing & BD Coordinator
For the New York Office of a Very Successful Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Support on submissions for priority practice areas and corporate areas; drafting for manager approval;
- Assist with competitive intelligence requests;
- Work closely with the manager to draft pitches and proposals;
- Track and process charitable sponsorships, create ads with graphic designer, ensure payments are processed;
- Support the CRM pilot rollout;
- Review bios and practice descriptions to ensure current experience is included, work with lawyers to update pages;
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, and/or communications, preferably in a professional services environment;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the communication skills necessary to maintain relationships with internal and external contacts;
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
