Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator
For the Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Miami, VA, New York, or DC Office of an International Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and coordinate multiple candidate interview schedules weekly; anticipate partners’ needs based on calendars and adjust interview schedules as needed;
- Prepare and send candidate pre-interview materials; update and maintain candidate materials on an ongoing basis;
- Coordinate candidate travel via Travel Department and catering needs for in person interviews and meetings;
- Coordinate with Lateral Partner Recruiting Directors and Associate Directors during candidate visits to their offices; greets candidates as needed;
- Maintain all stats on lateral candidates including start date; position; previous employment, etc.;
- Coordinate with headhunters when needed and maintain search firm agreements.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; law firm and/or professional services experience as well as recruiting experience;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to work proactively, to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining poise under pressure;
- Able to communicate well with lawyers, candidates, all levels of administrative staff, and contacts outside the firm;
- Strong attention to detail.
