Associate Recruiting Assistant

For the DC Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with all phases of recruiting efforts for new attorneys, lateral hires, and the summer associate program;
  • Maintain Associate Recruiting Department documents, filing systems, and perform regular database quality control;
  • Assist with the preparation of recruiting reports and metrics for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Organize, track and plan law school activities and outreach.

Qualifications include:

  • 1+ years of related experience in an office environment;
  • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm;
  • The ability to develop and maintain a courteous, professional, and effective working relationship with clients, vendors, and other representatives of external organizations;
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance processes;
  • Bachelor's degree required.
