Recruiting Manager

For the New York Office of an International Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee lateral associate, lateral partner, and counsel hiring for the firm's New York office;
  • Work closely with the office's partners to determine hiring needs and goals;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with search firms, industry organizations and candidates;
  • Monitor current market trends and provide recommendations;
  • Potentially manage a small summer program in the future.

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of legal recruiting experience, including experience with lateral recruiting;
  • Ability and eagerness to engage and build relationships with the attorneys in the office, as well as recruiters in the market;
  • Self-starter, team player, curious, confident;
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: $140k-$160k
