Associate Recruiting Manager
For the San Francisco Office of a Prestigious Global Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with office leadership and Recruiting Committee members;
- Oversee the Summer Program, including events, onboarding, orientation, integration, training, staffing, evaluations, and budgets;
- Maintain positive relationships with regional law schools and maintain a strong focus on the firm brand at all law schools;
- Manage and coordinate office outreach efforts;
- Provide research, analyze data, and generate reports as requested;
- Protect and maintain any highly sensitive and confidential information that the Firm retains.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent;
- At least 7 years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services;
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field;
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm;
- Ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus.
