Associate Recruiting Manager

For the San Francisco Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with office leadership and Recruiting Committee members;
  • Oversee the Summer Program, including events, onboarding, orientation, integration, training, staffing, evaluations, and budgets;
  • Maintain positive relationships with regional law schools and maintain a strong focus on the firm brand at all law schools;
  • Manage and coordinate office outreach efforts;
  • Provide research, analyze data, and generate reports as requested;
  • Protect and maintain any highly sensitive and confidential information that the Firm retains.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent;
  • At least 7 years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services;
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field;
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm;
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus.
Salary: $185k-$200k
