Assistant Director, Alumni Relations

For the New York Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of alumni programs and team;
  • Partner with key stakeholders across practices and offices to identify opportunities for alumni outreach;
  • Responsible for maintaining an overseeing content on the alumni website;
  • Manage budget and innovative delivery of best in class alumni initiatives;
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Attorney, Development, and HR;
  • Strategically leverage technology and social media to maintain strong relationship with key alumni.

Qualifications include:

  • Required Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years experience in a law firm or other professional services;
  • Strong experience and track record on leading successful projects with high degree of quality, speed and flexibility for change to support Firm-wide initiatives;
  • Strong writing abilities across multiple platforms and excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment;
  • Consistently demonstrates thought leadership, and the creation and implementation of best practices aligned with the firm's goals and objectives;
  • Strong technological skills; including InterAction, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Salary: $240k-$270k
