Legal Recruiting Assistant


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with lateral attorney and law school recruitment, including processing applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing materials;
  • Support attorney recruiting operations, including on-campus and office interviews, hiring committee meetings, and summer associate programs;
  • Act as a firm ambassador, engaging with candidates, law school administrators, vendors, and diversity organizations;
  • Plan and execute recruiting events, summer associate activities, and office-wide engagement initiatives;
  • Coordinate diversity sponsorships, attorney participation in diversity events, and in-house receptions;
  • Manage new hire orientation, update attorney records, monitor recruiting expenses, and process reimbursements.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Interest in event planning and strong organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality;
  • Experience with Simplicity, FLO, or ViDesktop is a plus.
Salary: $60k
