Legal Recruiting Specialist

For the New York Office of a Financial Services Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full lateral recruiting lifecycle, guiding candidates from initial submission through onboarding;
  • Deliver a personalized and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and generate hiring-related reports;
  • Support the entry-level recruiting efforts and the planning and execution of the Summer Associate program as needed;
  • Provide support on general recruiting tasks and special projects.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred;
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in legal recruiting, ideally within Big Law or a professional services firm;
  • Lateral recruiting experience strongly preferred;
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., FloRecruit, LawCruit) and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently or collaboratively, and adapt to changing demands; event planning experience is a plus.
Salary: $90k - $110k
