Manager of Legal Recruitment

For the Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, D.C., or West Palm Beach Office of a Prestigious National Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Director of Legal Recruitment to manage the full-cycle entry-level recruiting process across offices;
  • Lead the planning and execution of the Summer Associate Program, including onboarding, training logistics, assignment coordination, and performance evaluations;
  • Facilitate the 1L Diversity Fellowship Program and build strong relationships with targeted law schools through on-campus outreach and engagement;
  • Oversee lateral attorney recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring adherence to firm policies and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience;
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify hiring trends and enhance future hiring strategies;
  • Supervise and mentor Recruiting Coordinators and Assistants, ensuring seamless execution of recruiting initiatives across offices.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with at least five years of legal recruiting experience, including entry-level and lateral hiring;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment efforts across multiple offices and time zones;
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, viDesktop, and Flo Recruit preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills with the ability to interface effectively with firm leadership;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary: $115k - $175k depending on location
