Manager of Legal Recruitment
For the Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, D.C., or West Palm Beach Office of a Prestigious National Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Director of Legal Recruitment to manage the full-cycle entry-level recruiting process across offices;
- Lead the planning and execution of the Summer Associate Program, including onboarding, training logistics, assignment coordination, and performance evaluations;
- Facilitate the 1L Diversity Fellowship Program and build strong relationships with targeted law schools through on-campus outreach and engagement;
- Oversee lateral attorney recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring adherence to firm policies and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience;
- Analyze recruiting data to identify hiring trends and enhance future hiring strategies;
- Supervise and mentor Recruiting Coordinators and Assistants, ensuring seamless execution of recruiting initiatives across offices.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required with at least five years of legal recruiting experience, including entry-level and lateral hiring;
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment efforts across multiple offices and time zones;
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, viDesktop, and Flo Recruit preferred;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills with the ability to interface effectively with firm leadership;
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to travel as needed.
