Marketing Manager

For the New York Office of a Boutique Litigation Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Spearhead the firm’s website redesign and rebranding efforts in collaboration with developers and the marketing team;
  • Coordinate the submission process for awards and industry rankings (e.g., Chambers), including content drafting, reference collection, and interview logistics;
  • Plan and execute marketing events such as award dinners, client webinars, and conferences, while managing related vendor relationships and advertising;
  • Oversee the firm’s social media presence by drafting posts, designing graphics, and coordinating with external marketing partners;
  • Lead marketing and business development initiatives such as creating brochures, customizing pitch materials, and researching prospective leads;
  • Manage and update the firm’s external website, ensuring strategic, timely, and accurate content publication including bios and news items.

Qualifications include:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or similar professional environment;
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail;
  • Strong critical thinking and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings with competing priorities;
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative work style;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
Salary: $140k-175k
