Marketing & Communications Specialist

For the New York Office of a Full-Service, Mid-Sized Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and distribute weekly internal newsletters and external email campaigns featuring firm content and events;
  • Oversee firm social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement;
  • Review, edit, and promote attorney-authored articles across digital channels;
  • Draft and proofread press releases, newsletters, and social media content to ensure clarity and adherence to brand style;
  • Collaborate with attorneys on bio development and personal social media posts for rankings, awards, and insights;
  • Manage and update the firm website to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a professional services firm; law firm experience preferred; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field;
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels;
  • A "can-do" attitude with strong organizational skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or document management tools is a plus.
Salary: $80k - $90k
