Manager of Attorney Recruiting
For the New York Office of National Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Director of Attorney Recruitment and hiring partners on attorney hiring strategy and planning;
- Oversee entry-level recruiting efforts, including law school outreach, on-campus interviews, and summer associate hiring;
- Manage all aspects of lateral attorney hiring, including outreach, scheduling, offers, onboarding, and integration;
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators and assistants;
- Maintain recruiting data, track hiring statistics, and support budget preparation;
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates, search firms, and law schools, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Qualifications include:
- 6+ years of attorney recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively in a friendly, team-oriented environment;
- Professional, team-oriented approach with sound judgment and discretion.
