Senior Business Development Coordinator

For the Century City, Chicago, Dallas, DC, Houston, NY, Orange County, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, or Tysons Office of a Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Interact with group leaders and attorneys on firmwide BD activities; develop strong working relationships and maintain regular interaction with lawyers;
  • Work with the BD Manager and Real Estate Practice Group Leader to build and implement strategy, raising the group’s profile and strengthening its brand;
  • Assist in developing agendas and presentations for strategy meetings; prepare and circulate meeting summaries to track progress on goals;
  • Coordinate pitch materials, presentations, and RFP responses; review and edit content, support proposal development, ensure follow-up, and track feedback;
  • Manage contributions related to attorney experience and client information in business development systems, including CRM and Foundation;
  • Draft and edit marketing collateral such as practice area descriptions and attorney biographies; update the firm website and intranet as needed.

Qualifications include:

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in business development with demonstrated project leadership;
  • Law firm or professional services experience preferred; background in marketing, public relations, events, or media a plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new database systems;
  • Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines;
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with sound professional judgment.
Salary: $80k - $120k; depending on location
