Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist

For the New York Office of a Prestigious Litigation Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Organize and manage the firm’s summer associate program and fall recruiting process, including events, law school outreach, and logistics;
  • Coordinate lateral associate and clerk hiring throughout the year;
  • Work directly with the Recruiting Director and Managing Partner on creating marketing materials, preparing reports, and managing law school/search firm communications;
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team and maintain the firm’s candidate database;
  • Plan onboarding of new hires and collaborate with HR on integration initiatives.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience required;
  • Proactive approach with demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and discretion;
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the firm;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Salary: $80k-$90k (Coordinator) $90k-$120k (Specialist)
