Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist
For the New York Office of a Prestigious Litigation FirmResponsibilities include:
- Organize and manage the firm’s summer associate program and fall recruiting process, including events, law school outreach, and logistics;
- Coordinate lateral associate and clerk hiring throughout the year;
- Work directly with the Recruiting Director and Managing Partner on creating marketing materials, preparing reports, and managing law school/search firm communications;
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team and maintain the firm’s candidate database;
- Plan onboarding of new hires and collaborate with HR on integration initiatives.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience required;
- Proactive approach with demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and discretion;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the firm;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
