Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration Manager
For the New York or DC Office of a Global Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Chief of Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration and firm leadership to drive strategic lateral growth objectives;
- Manage all aspects of the lateral partner recruiting process, including sourcing strategies, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate communications;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders, while developing and maintaining strong search firm relationships;
- Track and report on the candidate pipeline, gather market intelligence, and prepare materials and presentations to keep firm leadership informed;
- Collaborate with HR, finance, local admin, business development, and communications teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of lateral partners;
- Supervise, train, and develop the Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration Coordinator and Assistant.
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of related experience in a law firm or professional services setting, along with a college or university degree;
- Excellent client service skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff and management;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to handle confidential information, take initiative, and contribute new ideas;
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
