Talent Development Coordinator

For the New York or Philadelphia Office of a Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage logistics for firmwide training programs, ensuring seamless coordination of timelines, travel, budgets, catering, materials, and vendors;
  • Partner with internal teams and external consultants on program setup, A/V needs, execution, and post-program reporting, evaluations, and analysis;
  • Support all aspects of orientation, including scheduling, presenter preparation, training materials, event planning, A/V support, and feedback collection;
  • Administer the firm’s learning management system, overseeing user access, content updates, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting;
  • Prepare training compliance audit responses and generate required reports for internal and external requests;
  • Collaborate with Talent Development leadership to help curate professional development curricula, including e-learning and blended learning offerings.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in a training, professional development, or client-facing environment;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and manage detailed program logistics;
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, diplomatic, and service-oriented approach;
  • High proficiency with technology; experience with learning management systems preferred;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate processes, identify efficiencies, and support data-driven reporting needs;
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and interact confidently with internal stakeholders.
Salary: $60k–$80.5k
