Recruiting Coordinator

For the DC Office of a Boutique IP Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Recruiting & HR Manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of 1L, 2L, 3L, lateral attorney, and support staff recruiting;
  • Manage job postings for summer associates, lateral attorneys, and support staff, as well as coordinate the onboarding process for lateral attorneys, fall associates, summer associates, and support staff; 
  • Support law school and summer associate recruiting, including planning on-campus events and coordinating interviews;
  • Help manage the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, event logistics, and communication;
  • Maintain the recruiting database, coordinate interview schedules, and track candidate progress;
  • Assist in preparation of NALP surveys and Flo Recruit listings.

Qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of law firm recruiting experience; bachelor’s degree required;
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with people at all levels;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and in a team-oriented environment;
  • Experience with HRIS databases such as ADP, viRecruit, Flo Recruit and Symplicity; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary: $90k-$110k
