Recruiting Coordinator
For the DC Office of a Boutique IP Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Partner with Recruiting & HR Manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of 1L, 2L, 3L, lateral attorney, and support staff recruiting;
- Manage job postings for summer associates, lateral attorneys, and support staff, as well as coordinate the onboarding process for lateral attorneys, fall associates, summer associates, and support staff;
- Support law school and summer associate recruiting, including planning on-campus events and coordinating interviews;
- Help manage the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, event logistics, and communication;
- Maintain the recruiting database, coordinate interview schedules, and track candidate progress;
- Assist in preparation of NALP surveys and Flo Recruit listings.
Qualifications include:
- 4+ years of law firm recruiting experience; bachelor’s degree required;
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with people at all levels;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and in a team-oriented environment;
- Experience with HRIS databases such as ADP, viRecruit, Flo Recruit and Symplicity; proficient in Microsoft Office.
