Visual Brand & Graphic Design Coordinator

For the New York Office Mid-Sized International Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Translate strategic marketing direction into high-quality visual concepts that support campaigns, business development initiatives, and firmwide priorities.
  • Design and produce digital, print, and interactive marketing materials aligned with established brand standards and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and brand assets to ensure consistency and operational efficiency across teams.
  • Prepare accurate, press-ready files and digital deliverables; review final proofs to ensure technical precision and brand alignment.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues and attorneys to present creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and meet evolving business needs.
  • Organize and manage digital asset libraries, file structures, and archival processes while balancing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.

Qualifications include:

  • 2–3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a corporate, legal, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives that support business objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and high competency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience with CMS platforms, HubSpot, or SharePoint is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in branding, digital content development, and marketing campaign execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to produce polished, high-quality work under deadline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client service mindset and the confidence to collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Salary: $75k-$90k
