Marketing Coordinator
For the New York Office of an Elite Boutique Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Assist with the execution of the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives by supporting the firm’s social media presence, including coordinating announcements and firm updates.
- Provide support for attorney business development initiatives, including preparation of materials and coordination of outreach efforts.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for firm events, conferences, and client-facing programs.
- Maintain and organize marketing templates, collateral, and internal resources.
- Assist with the preparation of submissions for legal directories, awards, and industry recognitions.
- Assist with internal communications and firm announcements and coordinate with administrative teams on firm initiatives involving multiple departments.
Qualifications include:
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Corel, or Canva is helpful. Experience working with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Interest in or familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment.
