Attorney Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist

For the DC Office of a Well-Established International Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber attorneys, including engaging direct outreach with candidates to build meaningful connections.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive insights.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare detailed candidate profiles, and ensure timely feedback.
  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience, including orientation and integration planning and maintain applicant tracking system hygiene.
  • Support on-campus interview (OCI) programs and law school engagement initiatives including networking events and career fairs.
  • Assist with summer associate programs, including work assignments, evaluations, and feedback sessions.

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of attorney recruiting experience; prior experience with staffing agency or legal search firm is ideal.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing competing demands.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Salary: $70k-$95k
