Legal Recruiting Specialist 

For the New York Office of a Very Prestigious Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the Firm’s legal hiring programs with a focus on 1L and 2L recruiting.
  • Manage on-campus and callback interview logistics while partnering closely with hiring partners.
  • Support the recruitment of experienced attorneys, including coordination of interviews and candidate communications.
  • Oversee summer associate program logistics, including onboarding, events, and participant engagement.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems, prepare reports, and support budget processes.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders on pipeline development, events, and process improvements.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience in legal recruiting or a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret recruiting data and metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume processes and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn, use and drive developments of various legal talent and recruiting applications.
Salary: $100k-$120k
