Associate Recruiting Senior Coordinator – Lateral Associates 

For the DC Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment for all associate-level positions at the Firm in collaboration with the Associate Recruiting Manager to develop and implement strategies for lateral associate recruitment.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end processing of applications and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Preparing, analyzing, and presenting marketing materials and reports for stakeholders, while representing the Firm at recruiting events.
  • Managing relationships with search firms and external vendors, and supervising coordinators, assistants, and interns to support hiring efforts.
  • Developing and managing recruitment budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that the Firm retains.

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Possess advanced organizational and analytical skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and supervise others to ensure compliance and accuracy, while using independent judgment for decision-making.
  • Exhibit well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels and lead teams, with a customer-service focus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, interview platforms, and other necessary software, with the ability to undertake large projects, develop alternative methods, and implement solutions.
Salary: $105k-$115k
