Senior Manager, Legal Recruiting & Professional Development
For the Chicago Office of an International Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Lead strategy and execution of campus recruiting, including law school relationships, OCI programs, and the summer associate program.
- Design and coordinate associate development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career progression programs.
- Partner with leadership on performance management and associate retention strategies.
- Support lateral recruiting efforts by advising on sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
- Manage onboarding and integration for new associates.
- Oversee attorney data, compliance tracking, and supervise a junior team member.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6+ years of experience in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
