Law Student Recruiting Specialist
For the Chicago Office of a Global Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of law student recruiting for the Chicago office, including summer associate and entry-level hiring.
- Partner with hiring partners, recruiting committees, and office leadership to execute recruiting strategies and hiring initiatives.
- Coordinate the summer associate program, including orientation, training, evaluations and social events.
- Build relationships with law schools, career services offices, and student organizations to strengthen recruiting efforts.
- Oversee candidate interviews, communications, and recruiting data while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with recruiting colleagues across offices on firmwide recruiting, integration, and talent development initiatives.
Qualifications include:
- 4+ years of law firm recruiting or professional client-service experience; Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with partners, associates, law students, and business professionals while providing outstanding client service.
- Ability to work onsite 3-days per week with flexibility for overtime during events as needed.
