Law Student Recruiting Specialist

For the Chicago Office of a Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of law student recruiting for the Chicago office, including summer associate and entry-level hiring.
  • Partner with hiring partners, recruiting committees, and office leadership to execute recruiting strategies and hiring initiatives.
  • Coordinate the summer associate program, including orientation, training, evaluations and social events.
  • Build relationships with law schools, career services offices, and student organizations to strengthen recruiting efforts.
  • Oversee candidate interviews, communications, and recruiting data while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with recruiting colleagues across offices on firmwide recruiting, integration, and talent development initiatives.

Qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of law firm recruiting or professional client-service experience; Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with partners, associates, law students, and business professionals while providing outstanding client service.
  • Ability to work onsite 3-days per week with flexibility for overtime during events as needed.
Salary: $100k-$112k
