Professional Development Coordinator
For the New York Office of a Financial Services Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Administer the performance management system, including data entry, system setup, and internal communications;
- Coordinate rollout of new review platform by preparing training materials, organizing sessions, and tracking participation;
- Serve as the first point of contact for review process inquiries, providing troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed;
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of performance evaluation and user data;
- Track progress during review cycles and provide regular updates and reports on outstanding tasks or issues;
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the Professional Development Committee, including data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Strong operational experience with viEval and data management systems;
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail;
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to quickly learn new software platforms;
- Professional demeanor with flexibility to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment.
